Egg addict. Although I’m more of a Sunday (and summer) linguist lately, topics ranging from syntax – semantics interface (with a focus on argument alternations) to (Romance) clitic doubling keep haunting me. Epistemological issues related to language and linguistics (rooted in Frege, Quine, Davidson, Kripke & the like) are a more general area in which I’m striving to keep my mind alive (from Monday to Friday, autumn, winter and spring included). This year I’m mostly interested in Sauerland’s, Biberauer’s and Herburger’s classes. |
