||Basically I am interested in Syntax and particularly in Greek as a foreign/second language.I have already worked on Unaccusativity and the Phych Verbs from a perspective related to the acquisition of Greek (phych verbs) from foreign adults and their understanding and utilisation of these verbs given that they don't always act in a regular manner (some of them have both active and passive morphology, others have only active or passive. Also the thematic role of the Experiencer according to the verb is realised in the subject or the object position -when active- and similarly in the subject or in the by-phrase -when passive).
I believe this summer school to be really helpful to my future work on linguistics.
Motivations: except from the fact that I will learn things that probably I would never hear of in Greece, I appreciate the fact that this summer school is organised for students almost for free. That means everybody can come no matter his/her economical status. It would also be a great opportunity for me to interact and exchange ideas with new people.
Finally, I would like up to date information on the current theories and scientific framework which I feel your course could offer.
