Bilingualism, L2 learning and SLI

This course focuses on language development in bilingual children with SLI and SLI children that learn a second language. It presents current discussions on the effect of L2 learning and bilingualism on the language development of children with Specific Language Impairment. It also presents examples from cross-linguistic studies including findings from Albanian L2 speakers of Greek (with and without language disorders) on grammatical morphology.
