I teach Portuguese syntax and phonology in the Departement of Romance studies. Since we didn’t have a good introduction to generative grammar in our graduate and post-graduate studies, I woud really appreciate an opportunity to get to know something more about it, since I’ve been struggling a lot trying to understand the books and articles that I need to read in order to prepare my classes. I am also a post-graduate student and I’m writing a thesis on the Portuguese and Croatian aspectual systems. Until now I have written/published articles on creole-like features in Brasilian Portuguese and on the Portuguese diminutive. I’m looking forward to meeting you in Debrecen. |
