| self-description | I am a PhD student working in syntax, but I was not at all trained as a linguist (I come from classics, and I 'converted' only recently). I did a lot of reading on my own, but experience taught me that one can learn much more by taking classes and by discussing with colleagues. Since there are not too many opportunities to take specialized courses, I am really looking forward to take part in the EGG summer school. |
