I just completed a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Cognitive Psychology and while in my undergraduate studies I also minored in French and Linguistics. I hail from a small college, so I was very limited in the subjects that I could pursue (we do not even have a linguistics major – what a shame!). Until now, I have been forced to do research mostly on my own and have become particularly interested in psycholinguistical aspects of L2 acquisition. I would really love to attend the EGG because I think it a great introduction to the field before I start applying to PhD programs in the fall. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity and hopefully I’ll be seeing you in July! |
